The Service is operated by Sponsored Jobs Ltd, registered in England and Wales. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sponsored Jobs Ltd.

2. Description of Service

SponsorshipJobs is a job board and information platform that aggregates visa-sponsored job listings and provides tools to help users find employment opportunities that include visa sponsorship. The Service includes:

• Access to visa-sponsored job listings
• Search and filter tools for job discovery
• Information about sponsor companies
• Career coaching resources
• Subscription plans for enhanced access

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

SponsorshipJobs offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified at checkout). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• 7-Day Trial: Where a 7-day trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancellation before the trial ends avoids any charge.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused periods.
• Refunds: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limitations

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Sponsored Jobs Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Job listings are accurate, complete, or current
• Any employer listed will offer visa sponsorship to any particular applicant
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Job listings are aggregated from publicly available sources. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any listed position.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsored Jobs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including employer sites and job application portals. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your dashboard settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
